Below we have gathered the most frequently asked questions you make so as to try to clear your doubts in a quick and easy way. If you do not find the answer you were expecting, please contact us.


1.When will I receive my order?
The delivery time depends on if you make a normal or an express Delivery. We have three delivery systems, and depending on which you choose will take between two and five days. If you add several articles, the approximated delivery date will be the latest. The standard deliveries are generally carried out 3 days after making the purchase through the web, but these delivery terms are orientative, and in any case, a delay in the delivery with respect to the indicated terms will not give the customer the right to claim any compensation. The delivery terms are counted by working days.


2. Is there a physical store where you can collect the products personally?
No, you can´t collect your order in person by going to the Topfun warehouses. But we have the "Kiala Points" service, that allows you to pick up the product in the member establishment closest to your home or workplace.


3. Is VAT included in prices?
All prices includes VAT. In relation to Value Added Tax, as a general rule the tax rate applied will be 21% to the territory of the European Union where this tax is applicable. In sales to any other country in the world VAT won't be applied, however customs systems of each country will apply the corresponding tax burdens.


4. Is there a minimal amount to be spent on a purchase?
No, there is no limit when shopping. But you must know that you may profit with free charges if your order is important.


5. Do you do international shipping?
Yes. Purchases from outside the EU are not subject to VAT, but topfun.com will not take charge of the taxes of each country, office charges or customs taxes.


6. How is my personal data used?
In accomplishment with the established Law of 15 / 1999 13th December the Data Protection Act Topfun S.L. informs that any personal data given will be included in an automatic data file which is created and maintained by Topfun S.L. The idea behind the use of this file is to help us with orders and also send you commercial adverts about products and services which you may find interesting.

Topfun S.L. guarantees the security and confidentiality of the data provided. This way, we promise to meet our compliance with all private data and to ensure its safety and to avoid that it is changed, lost or used without your authorisation. Therefore, all the information about our clients will not be used with commercial offers, nor will it be given to third parties. Anyway, at any moment you can exercise your rights to access, correct or cancel this information by writing to us at our e-mail address: information@topfun.com.


7. Can I know how is my order?
Yes, you will be able to know the status of your order at any moment. For this you must enter "My Account" on the website, and once there click on the tab "Previous Orders". There you can find all the information of your order and keep track of it.
